Pay equity is equal pay for work of equal value. It’s a human right to be paid in a way that is free from discrimination based on your gender. Despite this, female workers in Ontario are earning on average thirty-one percent (31%) less than their male counterparts. BCS Legal Services wants this to change, but to do this you need to tell your story.
